My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and had some nice features like a coffee maker, but there were issues like no AC, uncomfortable beds, and a dirty bathroom with a falling ceiling that left me concerned, especially when my son developed a rash from sleeping on one of the sofas. However, the appearance of the rooms matched the photos, which was a big plus.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were large, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained by the cleaning staff throughout our stay. The friendly service provided by Hafsa, Amine, and Abdel Hak made our experience truly enjoyable. The location, slightly out of the city but in a quiet place, was nice and tidy by 8AM. The dining experience, with exceptional vegan lunch options daily, was a highlight. The facilities were top-notch, offering great value for money overall.

The cleaning staff did a fantastic job maintaining the beautiful room throughout my visit, but the ground floor location made it inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of AC, uncomfortable bed, and dirty bathroom were disappointing, with the ceiling even falling off. On the upside, the service was exceptional, with attentive and polite staff who seemed to anticipate my needs. However, the price seemed a bit high for the overall value. The location was decent, although a bit far from the city center. The dining experience had its highlights, especially the daily vegan lunch, although the variety was lacking. Despite its flaws, there were some positives in free childcare and availability of a bus nearby.
